When I got my start in the real estate business, I felt an immediate connection to the ways in which I was able to reimagine possibilities, drive improvement, and add value. I’m also a big people person so I relished building personal and professional relationships based on transparency, trust, and a track record of good work.
Two decades later, I’m proud of the portfolio I’ve built and the experience I’ve gained in construction, residential and commercial investment, development, and real estate brokerage. I take even greater pride in the diverse and trusted team-like network of collaborators I’ve cultivated.
And as a third-generation Charlotte native, my roots and relationships run deep through the Carolina community.

DAVID REULE, Managing Partner
David Reule is a third generation Charlotte native with nearly two decades of experience in North Carolina real estate, from brokerage to ground-up development.
He is husband to Joanna; father to Reese, David, Hannah, and John. Dave and his family are active members of the Blowing Rock community.
He is a proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2001).
